A fresh month and new games to claim via Prime Gaming for June 2025. Here's what compatibility you can expect for Linux / SteamOS and Steam Deck.

Interestingly, for June 2025 the list is actually quite short, and there's nothing included across the month from the Epic Store. So we might be seeing an end to Prime Gaming and Epic teaming up for giving away games like this. I've updated the table as it is for today anyway.

I'll use the Steam Deck Rating from Valve (steam deck verified Verified, steam deck playable Playable, steam deck unsupported Unsupported and steam deck not rated Not Rated), plus the ProtonDB rating to help you decide on what to play. Compatibility may be slightly different since the games are from various stores. Some of the games might also have no ratings right now.

You can install games from Epic, GOG and Amazon easily via the Heroic Games Launcher with Prime giving you a code for each game for whatever store it's on. For any games that use anti-cheat be sure to check out our anti-cheat compatibility page to see their status.

The table is sorted by the End date with those ending soon at the top.

I've owned Mordheim:CotD for several years from GoG and can highly recommend it, but fair warning:

If you think XCOM is hard, Mordheim will eat man-thing up and spit man-thing out like day-old Wyrdstone/Warpstone dust, yes-yesemojiemoji. It's also a much slower-paced game that punishes haste with total-party-kills.

The game stays reasonably close to the tabletop version, while being much less expensive. More-so than its relative Total War: Warhammer, even.

The DLC characters/factions do nothing to hamper the difficulty, merely giving you more options. I highly recommend waiting for a sale, and only if you like the game enough.
