A big day in Blender land with the arrival of Blender 4.5 LTS, finally bringing Vulkan up to full supported status with it matching OpenGL. This will ensure Blender can continue building up advanced graphical features with good performance.

Blender is easily one of the most important open source projects out there, and it's great to see more and more game devs pick it up. Along with other industries. In case you missed it the Blender Studio team recently released DOGWALK made with Godot.

There's absolutely masses of new features, and plenty of features were tweaked to improve their performance for this release too. So the app should start up faster and remains smoother. A lot of UI work again went into this release to polish it up, make it more intuitive and accessible.
