PEAK is my current favourite online co-op game to play with a good little crew, and now it fits a lot better on Steam Deck too thanks to updates.

What is it? PEAK is a co-op game about climbing. You and friends live through a plane crash and end up stranded. So now you have to climb your way through various different biomes, each with their own hazards, as you collect items from luggage spread all over the place. It's incredibly funny with the right people.

The problem is - the controller support has been a little on the funky side, at times just not quite working correctly. However, earlier this month a big new update launched for it adding a new biome and new items. This and some following patches improved the controller support and text on Steam Deck too. So now, Valve rated it Steam Deck Verified with the latest Proton 10 Beta.

My brother talked me into getting it this past weekend (being only like $8 helped), but I haven't played it yet. I'm looking forward to trying it out, though.
