From KOEI TECMO, the newer Atelier Ryza DX series is coming to Steam on November 13th and as of today all three of them have been rated Steam Deck Verified.
So they'll be nicely playable on other SteamOS / Linux systems too. The only compatibility note that Valve listed is that the three games don't default to external gamepads, so you may need to swap the controller order in the Quick Access menu in SteamOS.
The first game in this series originally released back in 2019, the second in 2021 and the third in 2023. All three have new content added for the DX Steam releases too. Plus improved graphics, an improved UI, new graphics options and more upgrades. KOEI TECMO say the DX releases are the definitive edition of the "Secret" series. The original version of each game is going to be delisted when the DX versions release.
The first in this series is actually the 21st entry in the Atelier franchise and was the first of the Atelier series to feature the same protagonist across multiple titles. The story follows an ordinary girl, Ryza, who discovers alchemy and embarks on a summer adventure with her friends, illustrating her growth through the experiences.

All three of them also went up for pre-order recently on Steam:
If you already own Atelier Ryza games on Steam will there be an upgrade path? Or are we expected to buy the games again?
Seems it'll be the latter. Koei Tecmo moment, I guess.
