From the press release: "All Under Heaven fulfils one of our great ambitions," says Crusader Kings III Game Director Alexander Oltner. "We've always seen Crusader Kings as the story of the entire medieval world, and you can't fully tell that story without East Asia. This vision for the series predates my leadership, and it is exciting to bring it to fruition. This is the largest expansion in Crusader Kings history, and that posed a lot of new challenges for us. We hope that our players find a lot to learn and love in All Under Heaven."

Hopefully it will do better than the recent expansions to Stellaris, which all have pretty mixed ratings. The last DLC for Crusader Kings III with Coronations also has a Overwhelmingly Negative rating, and the previous DLC with Khans of the Steppe is also on Mixed. Paradox just don't seem to be hitting the mark at all lately.
