How to install Hollow Knight: Silksong mods on Linux, SteamOS and Steam Deck
Currently, I do play Deep Rock Galactic and Straftat, but both are games that I pretty much only want to play on call with friends since playing with randos can be unfun, so I was wondering what else might be out there for a Linux based gamer to dip into casually and have fun with even if I end up not being very good at it. EDIT: I forgot to mention Helldivers 2 which is another game I only really like to play with friends.
I thought briefly about trying Marathon, but, well, no Linux support. Womp womp.

I'd like something that can scratch the CoD/Battlefield itch, but I have so far not been succesful!
Latest game I have tried was 'Over the top: WW1'. It has a lot of potential, but the performance was absolutely horrible for me. It didn't matter if I used a low resolution with low settings, or high resolution with the 'extreme' settings, it was just bad.
Some players mentioned this might be a AMD GPU issue, DDR4 RAM issue or whatever. but I refunded it.
Following this thread for recommendations.
I'd like a CoD/Battlefield alternative, I don't feel like playing sci-fi/hero-shooters at the moment.
But it's the settings that feels a bit off for me. (just looking at the gameplay and trailers).
Probably will just have to give it a try.
