UTOPIA MUST FALL is absolutely one of the best arcade-styled base defense games made in modern times, and now it's massively better with a new update.

Previously covered here on GamingOnLinux as I loved it so much, and another recent article on the Beta for this new release that's properly out for everyone now.

The game incorporates elements from retro arcade shooters, tower defense, roguelikes and beyond. Wrapped up in a slick laser-sharp bullet-purgatory arcade frenzy about Earth's last metropolis defending itself against a mysterious alien invasion. Currently rated Overwhelmingly Positive on Steam, I think more people need to check this one out. And now you can on Steam Deck too, as the new update had a focus on full Steam Deck support on top of all the performance improvements.
