Mega Crit just revealed that Slay the Spire 2 is set to arrive in Early Access on March 5, and we're getting 4-player co-op with the launch. It was originally due last year but the developers ended up delaying it.
In a fresh announcement on Steam the devs confirmed the new launch date, along with the brand new co-op mode that will bring you together with friends to face the monsters of the Spire. There will even be some multiplayer-specific cards and powerful team synergies. That's on top of everything else new in the sequel including new characters with their own cards and secrets, all-new environments, new foes and lots more.

This could easily end up being one of the most popular games ever made with Godot too. And it will have full Native Linux support just like the first game.
They're currently estimating Early Access to last between 1-2 years while they continually add more content to it.
