PayPalPlague Inc: Evolved is getting bigger and weirder with the Plague Inc: Aliens & Anti-Vaxxers DLC that was just announced recently.
The DLC will introduce the new Xenolith: The Alien Crystal plague, that the developers say will bring "Radically new gameplay, mysterious victory conditions, interstellar genes, haunting music and much more. The world will never be the same again
Xeno-form the Planet!
Penetrate the Earth’s crust and begin a geological process to convert everything into pure, alien crystal. If any native lifeforms get in the way - simply shatter them in an unstoppable resonance cascade.
Extinction Event!
Use gravitational anomalies to pull meteors out of orbit. Choose whether to focus on crystal geodes to spread infection, EMP bursts to disrupt human technology or even vast, continent killing asteroids from deep space!
Resistance is futile
Humans are utterly insignificant but they can still disrupt you if left alone. G-COM will intelligently deploy advanced technologies including disruptors, defensive satellites, cloud seeding, alien powered computers, artificial tsunamis and more.

As a little treat, everyone gets Leprosy. Not literally of course, that would be a bit weird. The free update coming at the same time will provide this is a new disease.
No exact release date has been revealed apart from sometime in April. They also said that they have "lots more plans for the future" so there's more to come.
