Alien: Isolation is a truly terrifying game, and we're going back into the world with a sequel that just got its first teaser trailer. The sequel was first confirmed back in October 2024, with this being the first time we've properly seen anything at all from it.
The teaser is brief, at a mere 25 seconds long and we barely see anything. That said, even this very short clip tells us plenty. For starters, we're no longer in space. We're clearly on a planet as the door opens to some rain. So, they're perhaps going with the whole Alien to Aliens type of thing here with the second game on some sort of colony. Would be interesting if that colony is Hadley’s Hope from Aliens but we'll have to wait and see.

There's no release date yet or any other info, so we'll just have to keep waiting on it.
One thing we can say though - it will be using Unreal Engine 5 as we found from a Creative Assembly job posting.
Are you as excited as I am for more info on this one? We also have the totally unrelated but clearly inspired by the series Alien Deathstorm coming from Rebellion who made Aliens vs Predator that's worth keeping an eye on.
And we're also waiting on Part 2 of Alien: Rogue Incursion Evolved Edition which is set in the same universe.
