The Caribou Trail arrives on May 14 and is sounding like a very interesting WWI narrative experience, blending together history and fiction.
While it's a game set during the war, it's not specifically a war game. You're not tasked with gunning down enemies constantly, this is not Call of Duty. Instead, it focuses on the emotional, psychological journey. Shaped by real history from historical testimonies and the legacy of those who lived through Gallipoli.

Game Highlights:
- Visceral First-Person Experience - Feel the closeness of the trenches, the weight of silence, cut through barbed wire, crawl across no man’s land.
- Narrative Exploration - Explore the camp between battles: the waiting, the daily lives of ordinary soldiers, and the quiet moments that speak louder than combat.
- Friendship & Humor - Share ghost stories, laugh with comrades, and improvise suspicious stew together because survival is found in warmth and laughter, not in gunfire.
- Folklore & Psychological Horror - Face the blurred line between reality and myth as campfire tales echo into the darkness.
- Inspired by Real Events - Rooted in historical testimonies and the legacy of those who lived through Gallipoli.

World War I, the war in which the only "good guys" were James Connolly and the Irish Republican Brotherhood and Lenin and the Bolsheviks. The redrawing of the lines of imperialism in which workers, peasants, and even brown people from colonial occupations were sent to die for the white ruling class.
A divisive conflict, one that saw the closure of the Second International with the split between the revolutionary socialists and bourgeois socialists. The latter of which who were merely liberals holding a red rose. Who not only failed to get over themselves, but also failed to get over the vanity of nations and even imperialism itself.
