What's new in the update? Taken from the announcement:

  • New all-in-one launcher to play the game, or to access other options!
  • DOSBox Staging has replaced DOSBox and DOSBox Daum on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • The game now works on macOS Intel and Apple Silicon.
  • Cloud Save support has been added.
  • The downloadable demo and the CD demo have been included with the game.
  • CPU cycles dropped down to 115,000 to avoid some gameplay problems.
  • More free extras have been included in the "Extras" folder.

Pretty great to see developers go back to actual classics like this to give them a little fresh coat of paint, without remaking the entire thing.

Oh, wow, Terra Nova – that's a game I haven't thought abouut in a long time! I remember being thrilled by seeing the texture-mapped terrain and being equally disappointed by how slow the gameplay and the engine were on my 486.
