I'm still waiting for Witcher 3 (pleased with the Witcher 2 port so far, I seem to get good performance out of it where others seem not to) and Shogun 2 Total War. Plus two Kickstarters, The Mandate and Kingdom Come: Deliverance.

and be deprived of my "daily joke with popcorn on the ready" read? :) even in my times as console gamer i found most of those people as proof people can be insane (and funny) without borders. worst thing was their "not exclusive=not good/exclusive=awesome" logic. game can only be as good as developer made it to be, exclusive or not.

^ This. "next gen" was old gen when it was still on the ol' drawing board. I'm glad for the console crowd that they finally have something better to look at.. but the hardware was outdated from the start. I really believe consoles are on the way out and I would not be surprised if this is the last console gen... I mean the new consoles are simply low end PC's anyways. they may be extremely popular in some places (ie, US) but the truth of the matter is that PC gaming as a whole is much larger than all the consoles combined. PC gaming brings in more $$ on software and hardware sales than all the big consoles combined.

EDIT* Another thought is with these consoles already being outdated, assuming another 10ish year console cycle and considering that 4k tvs are quickly coming down in price that it almost makes no sense not to buy one when it's time for a new tv. What happens in 2-3 years when Johnny(Jenny?) XBone buys him/herself a new 4k tv and goes home and hooks up that XBone or PS4 and it downright looks horrible outputting at 900p? Playing a game at 720 vs 1080 on a 1080 monitor is completely obvious and that's only a small difference in res when compared to 900p -> 2160p(AKA: 4k)

Here's my wishlist :

• Menus that are browseable with a mouse


• Splitscreen on PC (at least on Linux/SteamOS). I mean, full, 4 players splitscreen.


• Fun is subjective, but IMO, B1 was more fun than the second. I wish this one will be the funniest

like old saying goes... don't judge book by its cover. it starts ok, at page 3 or so it becomes borderline insane. ?next? gen this and ?next? gen that

as far as i get it, article was renamed in something like "Borderlands is adding another platform" (later renamed again), where both parties jumped to conclusion that if platform is not theirs, they need to express some anger towards the platform being added
