Valve have updated Dota 2 again and this time they have focused on improving the overall performance of their free to play MOBA.

Awesomenauts, the side-scrolling MOBA, a game I really quite enjoyed playing a while ago is going free to play next month.

Dota 2 has been through a small evolution in the matchmaking to hopefully improve the experience for everyone.

Valve have announced a massive 7.00 update for Dota 2 which changes the entire way the game works, and it sounds very interesting.

Dota 2 is about to get two new heroes, one of which will be the first entirely new hero for the game that is not ported over from the original DotA.

Dota 2 is the first Valve game that will support the new Vulkan API and it could be as soon as next week.

Dota 2 has now been fully reborn! The Dota 2 Reborn client is now simply Dota 2, so now everyone must use it. This brings us much better performance, new game modes and more!

In a very surprising move Valve has added Linux & Mac versions of Dota 2 Reborn, all that in less than a week. So much for Valve Time.

In a move that I find rather odd, Valve has launched their first Source 2 game without Linux support.

This is what I have been waiting for! Dota 2 has officially announced a major engine update and a slick new UI.

The free to play MOBA called 'Strife' is now on Steam, so hopefully this will solve their player count issue. It's really worth checking out if you're looking for a more relaxed experience.

The good news is that it runs for me, as opposed to the previous build not working. This is due to them building the game with the Steam Runtime, so it should work across all distributions now!

AirMech is a fun and free 2 play MOBA that has a Linux test build out now, but the developers want to know if it's worth doing it.

The light-hearted arena shooter from Australian developer Gnomic Studios released for Windows on Desura last month. Last week it was made available for Linux and user reviews so far are quite good.

Dragons and Titans is a pretty fun looking MOBA full of dragons! Thankfully they replied to a user on Steam and noted they plan a Linux version.

It has been on Desura for a while, but it is good to see them get onto Steam for more players. Cannons Lasers Rockets looks like a pretty fun MOBA, set phasers to fun!
