I recently did a bit of a major woops, and so I decided perhaps it is once again time to Linux distro hop and have settled on Fedora KDE.

The work never ends to improve the KDE Plasma desktop environment for Linux, and with Plasma 6.6 a fun new feature is coming to tweak virtual desktops.

The next big KDE Plasma release is here with Plasma 6.5 delivering a number of major new features, as the KDE team begin to show a lot more confidence.

Here's one I missed from earlier this week. KDE developer Nate Graham announced the formation of an open source consultancy company called Techpaladin Software, with their first client being Valve to continue improving the Steam Deck desktop mode which uses KDE Plasma.

KDE Plasma 6.3 has been released and it's another beautiful sounding release! Filled with new features and fixes for my favourite Linux desktop environment. Plasma is also used on the Steam Deck for the Desktop Mode.
