Exciting news! Road Redemption is a title I've really wanted to play since I saw it on Kickstarter, as a spiritual successor to Road Rash which I played when I was younger.

Here I am pointing out another game you should probably avoid on Linux. This time it’s the turn of MadOut, a combat racer that’s just not good.

Linux finally has a another decent racing game. It’s not a traditional racer by any measure, but still good. Performance is top quality too.

Absolute Drift was mailed in by a user (thanks), and having given it a go it’s one of the weirdest experiences I have ever had.

DiRT Showdown is a highly rated racing game that looks like it's close to a Linux release, exciting times for racing fans!

Distance is a beautiful neon survival racer that I finally had a chance to play, and what I found really did surprise me.

Even though Project Cars hasn't been released on Linux, that hasn't stopped the developers claiming the second one will too. Oh and yeah Project Cars 2 is a thing now.

Greek Mythology and futuristic racing might not be the most evident combination out there but The Next Penelope challenges players to rethink the obvious.

SuperTuxKart is now much more beautiful thanks to the hard work of the developers, and they have released a new major version.

The early access racer Coffin Dodgers has been updated and now has Linux support. As far as premises go, this one is one of the more original ones I've seen in a while.

H-Craft Championship is a futuristic racer that's free and open source, and the developers kindly let us know about a new version.

You like car games right? Well the crazy and amazing looking Mad Max has been confirmed for Linux/SteamOS.

I found this pretty awesome arcade racing game while i was browsing through Kickstarter and i wanted to share it. I am glad to see another racing game coming to Linux, since our supply of racing games is a bit short. It is fully funded, and greenlit!

BlazeRush had confirmed they were going to do a Linux version, and with no announcement it has landed. BlazeRush is a dynamic arcade racing survival game with no health, no levelling and no brakes!

A little late on this, apologies. Distance the excellent looking and well reviewed survival racer is now available for anyone to try out on Steam.
