I've been testing out a little bit of the fantastically named Weird Worlds: Return to Infinite Space today, and here's some thoughts. It came to Linux last month, but probably went under most gamers radar as it didn't go in the new releases section.

Interstellar Marines the good looking, but troubled Early Access FPS have received an update with a few new features.

The Steam client has been updated with lots of improvements and fixes from the recent beta versions. The Steam Controller has seen lots of changes.

Oh yes! Darkest Dungeon is now an instant buy for many I'm sure as it has arrived on Linux in Beta form. Lots of people have been waiting for this gothic roguelike turn-based RPG.

You may or may not remember that I recently broke the news that Two Worlds II was finally coming to Linux & SteamOS along with major engine upgrades. The better news is that it's going to be on GOG for Linux, and have less annoying restrictions.

Zombasite is the rather unimaginative titled action RPG from Soldak that's surprisingly good gameplay wise, and now you can try before you buy.

Just a heads up, you might want to avoid Nvidia driver 364.12 is you play Shadow of Mordor (or want to play it soon). Nvidia have stated it's an issue Feral Interactive need to fix.

One day I will be able to write something nice about 7 Days to Die, but today is not that day. The developers have released 7 Days to Die alpha 14 and shown they still aren't testing the Linux builds.

Prison Architect has been updated once again, and it features a bunch of performance improvements. One thing I've been meaning to write about is the 3D mode that was a secret, but people finally found it.

Blacksea Odyssey, a top-down rogue-lite space shoot ‘em up is now available in Steam's Early Access. You fight off massive creatures as you seek glory with your harpoons.

Race.a.bit is a new retro inspired 2D racer that is now on Linux, it doesn't have many reviews, so I took a look to let you know if it's worth it or not.

I love city/town building games like Banished, Settlers and the like, so a brand new one on Linux was too good to pass up. Here we go with Villagers!

Something I have been speaking about with Topware since 2013 is finally going to happen! Two Worlds II is getting a major engine upgrade, with new DLC and SteamOS & Linux support too.

Good news astronauts! Lifeless Planet is now available in Beta for Linux & SteamOS. Hopefully there aren't too many issues.

Atari Vault launched without the mentioned SteamOS/Linux support, and no mention in their release announcement. I have now managed to get a response for you all.

What a surprise. RollerCoaster Tycoon World has seen delays before, and it will now go into Early Access instead of a full release. It has also dropped any mention of Linux/SteamOS from the Steam store page.

Starbound is still under development, and the developers have been adding some really great features I'm going to highlight.

Valve have pushed out SteamOS 2.67 beta with some minor but useful changes to the compositor, pulseaudio and boot-up. It also fixes as an issue with The Talos Principle.

Human Resource Machine, an indie programming puzzle game by the makers of Little Inferno and World of Goo, sharing their beautiful art style, is now in open public beta.

This is pretty fun, Valve have opened up the Steam Controller some more with the release of the CAD geometry for it. I wonder what wild versions of it we will see in future?
