Here is a retailer I had not heard of before, but they have a good selection of native titles for purchase as well as some less fun native Linux software.

LinApp is more of a news portal as they don't actually sell the games and just link to the games sites.

Linapp.com is also a good for-purchase website for proprietary Linux applications and games. There's a good deal of them on there, even Enemy Territory: QUAKE Wars, which I can't seem to find ANYWHERE else but there lol. Check them out, too.
There is where you can buy for-purchase and commercial software for Linux. There is a games section, too, like where you can get Amnesia: The Dark Descent and QUAKE Wars and stuff. You guys should put your game on there, too!
