I get really anoyed when i have unique bug, but i have seen many forums talking about this :(

It does look at least to me to be an Audio issue. That being said I was not able to find any information on a possible fix, other then the work around you have already implemented (as per the Ubuntu Forums). However I had a similar issue with some programs in the past while Pidgin was running. If you use Pidgin you might try turning it off or disabling the Audio for Pidgin.
I know its a long shot but thought it was worth mentioning.
Have you posted this info on their official forums?
Nope i do not use pidgin, but that is really good idea, maybe one of the programs causes this....
Their forum is kinda broken (couldn't find the new thread link or anything like this), but i have seen some threads about this subject, no help :(
I have sent a message to one of the mods about not being able to create new messages and reply to other messages, they just need to edit the permissions.
Thank you very much :)
After checking the forum again I just realised the guy i sent the PM to hasn't been on the forum since 2009, so i just sent a PM to the only member off staff who has visited it this year...
 Thanks again lol
Spoke to their devs, the forum got too much spam and peoples interest in their forum declined so its closed.
Pitty.
