Shows up as a normal default avatar for me.

I'm using Chromium 56 on Arch

Can you inspect it and copy the image html code in full in a code tag here?
kilbith Jan 27, 2017
I guess it's that :

<img class="avatar" alt src(unknown)>

Does it work now? I've adjusted some code.
kilbith Jan 27, 2017
No, still the same.

I'm using Chrome and it's fine. I've checked in Firefox and it's fine and I've just loaded Chromium 56 on here to test and it's also fine.

This leads me to believe it's your end, sorry to say. If this was a code issue, then everyone who hasn't set their avatar (a lot of people) should have said something by now.

Please test in a safe session with no plugins, something external is affecting it.

This is happening since recently. Few days ago I still had the penguin as default avatar.

The only plugin I use is uBlock Origin. I disabled it for checking and it's the same result. And I'm on a lightweight Arch environment.

So don't make assumptions too hastily...

What you posted in the code tag isn't even remotely valid and it's not something my code ever outputs into the tag. Again, the issue is for certain your end. I asked in the IRC and plenty of others confirmed it's fine for them.

Open an entirely new browser session without plugins and test.

Edit: Fenix in the IRC said it's a ublock issue.

OK so trust me or not, I did exactly that and guess what... same result.
