Well technically WoW had a Linux client...they just axed it because of "support costs".
I am personally extremely torn about Mike and his Steam stuff.

I personally do not have an opinion either which way as to whether Steam is coming to Linux or not. But bashing all of Phoronix for a few articles seems a bit much to me. After all, without them no one here probably would have heard about Unigine. And the vast majority of the articles are worth reading. Larabel does seem to "jump the gun" a bit much, but that does not change the fact that Phoronix is still the best source for the latest in Linux technical developments and benchmarking.
And who knows, Larabel could be vindicated on Steam yet. Valve does say it has "three surprises" coming in the next year.

Apparently there were even negotiations started with LGP about publishing it.

Whether or no you like their games or not, there is no question that Blizzards Suits are evil.
I would never bash everything, just certain topics when he uses the word "confirmed" I still read and enjoy his site a lot.
Valves three surprises could be big updates to existing games, sequels etc. I know one of them is going to their their DoTA game (think HoN). Could be nothing to do with Linux.
