Actually, it is possible to play Fallout 1 (and only it) through DOSBox as well, but that's as close to native currently possible. I'd really love to see the game under Linux someday with the same treatment Infinity Engine games got, but with Bethesda/Zenimax owning the rights now I don't suspect it unless some miracle happens, sadly :(.

Bumparino - The source code for Fallout 1 & 2 was lost (I assume when Black Isle closed). So there's not much chance of a native version unless it gets remade.
