I get a error-message, before any window appears.

Even if you do get this to work, you will need a controller to play the game since mouse input is utterly broken to the point where the game is unplayable. It also doesn't work on Nvidia Kepler GPUs (same issue exists on Windows though).
In winedb/protondb ratings, it should be Bronze at best.
