Quoting: Liam Squires-HandPeekaboo, it's live now.

For comments and forum posts it shows the total, then the top 3 reactions used and a show more link to see everything.

Articles have the reactions too, but the text is just staying as the total
Awesome!

You're on 🔥 Liam!

One suggestion, this is adding friction now where you click on the heart icon, and... nothing happens. Until you notice the emoji bar and then click on what you choose there.
Not sure if that is an unreasonable amount of friction, or fair yet.

See what other people say?

Will see what other people think, I could make it default to a thumbs up on-click (that's how Facebook works for example). Will see if we get any other feedback on it.

Edit: adjusted the reaction emoji picker so it fits properly on smaller screens 👌

Edit 2: just fixed the short emoji box flash on desktop when hovering, gave it a short delay before it vanishes on you to prevent it 👍

Okay - some adjustments to the new like emoji reactions box.

Both Mobile and Desktop have the click to default 👍 restored, and holding / hovering it will bring up the emoji overlay for different reactions (like how Facebook and probably others handle it) - not perfect because tricky but should keep more people satisfied.

Need to adjust the action buttons on mobile though as they're really small (and always have been), and even with my tiny fingers it's easy to missclick onto the quote button...that's job for another day.

To save a little space on mobile screens, our little announcement bars (but not the support us one, which I made smaller anyway) are automatically hidden now.
