I'm trying to complete the last step of setting up mods in SDV on the Steam Deck (changing the SKIP_TERMINAL setting) but my StardewValley file is different from what's shown in the video. It's only 30 lines and just checks the MacOS version. I tried loading the game once just to see if that changed the file, but the vanilla game loaded fine and the file is unchanged.

I'm looking at the StardewValley file in Home/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Stardew Valley

Fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling SMAPI. No clue why it didn't take the first time but that was it!
