You can note your issue below here
I am playing Total War: Warhammer 3 that has been ported by Feral Interactive.
I have 2 problems currently. First (less impact) left mouse click will intermittently cease to work. After clicking around and pressing esc a few times it'll begin to function normally.

The bigger problem is harder to explain so here is an imgur link.
The game will continue to run and I can still click on things. Any ideas?

Note any particular steps to reproduce it below here
Haven't noticed any actions on my end that may trigger these issues.

Second issue maybe can be fixed with driver update? you seem to run older 510 drivers for some reason while we are at 515
Updated to 515 and tried again, same thing occurred.

Additionally, I tried running the game in windowed mode last night and I got the same issue but this time the pip moved around. If I switch back to fullscreen it stays stationary.

This looks very bizarre. Haven't heard anyone else with this issue. I dont have the game have the second one only sadly to try. Is it possible for you to try with some other Desktop Environment or window manager. Cause this surely looks very bizarre. Its the only game where this happens?
Yea, this is the only game that it happens to. Should I just make a bootable usb with another DE to try it? Or do you think I'll run into any trouble there? Bear with me, I'm still a noob.

hmm bootable USB can be tricky.. PopOS i think comes with nvidia drivers pre-installd, so thats an option i guess.
I think its easier for you to just switch to proton for this game, or it doesnt work with proton?
Didn't work with Proton. I contacted Feral Interactive and after a couple days they responded saying that it was a bad installation and that I should re-download and install again... downloading it now. I'll let you know what happens. Thank you for the help provided thus far.
