Has anyone run the linux version under wayland? It fails when I run and suggests changes to my xorg configuration. I've been running the windows version but would prefer the native version if I can run it.

Is it the same issue as mentioned here?

Not sure if it parses the output of the actual xrandr command. If so it might be possible to create a dummy xrandr that runs under Wayland and gives the appropriate output?

I don't have the game and there doesn't seem to be a demo available so I can't be of much help...

If it is the modeline issue, it seems to be a known bug in lwjgl. See:
https://github.com/LWJGL/lwjgl/issues/118

and the workaround I described seems to work:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1236389#c5

(Really crappy behavior from lwjgl!)

Installing xrandr is enough to make it work. Thanks for the help. In windowed mode the mouse didn't track right but it works in fullscreen or fullscreen-windowed.
