I think it might have something to do with my distro. The issue, from what I remember, dates back from when I switched from Arch Linux to Project Nobara. Also, the issue seems to be less frequent after I updated from KDE Plasma 5.25 to 5.26.
Did anyone ever experience it? If it was resolved, how was it?
It's not a game breaker, but it's quite annoying.
* Disconnect as many other input devices as possible (like gamepads, joysticks etc.)
* Create a second user account, login and see if the problem remains. If not, there's probably some setting or background process on your primary account causing problems.
* Try a live-USB with an older release of Arch and Plasma to re-create the setup you had before. If the problem remains it's most likely a hardware issue.

I have already tried.
I have tried, and I get the same issue, but I have also tried my USB keyboard, and it doesn't have the issue. So I tried back on my Fedora install the USB keyboard, and it didn't have the issue. So I guess the issue is now either caused by the keyboard or the PS/2 to USB adapter. I'm now sure that the issue isn't caused by my Fedora install or any Linux install. When I will have the time I will check the keyboard on my server which has a PS/2 port on the motherboard.
