Steam launched [In-Home Streaming](https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3629-RIAV-1617) a couple of months ago, but it only works for Windows hosts. The service's Help Page states that Mac OS X and Linux hosts are not yet supported, but since they were available during the beta stage, I thought they would soon come around. However, no word has been written about the subject since (AFAIK, at least). Does anyone have news about it? I can't wait to stream some Civ V from my living room rig to my laptop.

I've tried to get answers without luck, and there's not a convenient way of getting a hold of someone at Valve. I actually got invited to the beta the day they disabled Linux hosting =P
