Title: Is 'vibe coding' good if I don't have any coding experience?
I was planning into creating a name generator using RNN (recurrent neural networks), but I dont have coding experience in any programming language. Can I develop it with vibe coding (Gemini/Claude)? I will ask the chatbots to create the code, including training code, provide my own name datasets, tell me how to install required software (PyTorch/TensorFlow/etc)...

Well - you won't learn much if you're getting a chatbot to do it for you.

Like anything else, it's what you make of it. You can Google how to do this and copy code from the Internet and never learn as well. If you can actually prompt it to also teach you how to do it with sources of education with it, you can learn as well. Do what's good for you and not what's easy.
