Embracer have released their latest interim report, along with a statement on their plans to spin off Coffee Stain Group and go through a rebrand to Fellowship Entertainment.
With Coffee Stain, which was going by a working name of Coffee Stain & Friends, they're now going to be called Coffee Stain Group. Embracer will turn them into a standalone group that will include the likes of Coffee Stain, Ghost Ship and Tuxedo Labs as well as certain studios from Amplifier Game Invest. The games under their belt include Deep Rock Galactic, Goat Simulator, Satisfactory, Teardown, Valheim, and Welcome to Bloxburg.
This will happen by the end of 2025, which at the same time Embracer Group AB is getting a rebrand into Fellowship Entertainment, with the previous working name being Middle Earth & Friends.
As for game releases, there's going to be a lot. Embracer said they plan to put out 76 different games over the next year ("FY 2025/26") which includes titles like Metal Eden, Gothic 1 Remake, REANIMAL, Fellowship, Wreckreation, the next SpongeBob SquarePants game, NORSE: Oath of Blood, Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core, Killing Floor 3 and Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra. They also have a "handful titles yet to be announced".
Hopefully things will be more stable now for all the developers and other staff employed across the various companies that Embracer controls, which really is a ridiculous amount.

but yes I agree, I hope the employees can have some semblance of stability. Must be just nerve wracking working for an embracer controlled entity.
