With a demo live on Steam, Vehicle No. 4 could be one to watch if you love your horde survival games with you building your own vehicle. So it's perhaps a little like a top-down 2D version of the upcoming TerraTech Legion.

You get to freely place weapons and upgrade them with unique models as you face ever-increasing challenges. There's no points for style in this one, it's all about building the ultimate horde-smashing machine. Nice to see more slightly unique takes on this whole genre explosion thanks to Vampire Survivors. With the smaller areas, it looks much more like an arena-battler like Brotato too.

Vehicle No. 4 is coming sometime soon in August to Early Access.

I'll be keeping an eye on it for the Early Access release as I continue my quest to play everything in this horde smashing genre. Something about it has me hooked, much like Pokemon I have to catch play them all.

I like the idea, but the visuals are uneven. The player is topdown flat (and i like that), but the monsters, trees etc, are with a perspective. I already don't like this type of camera in itself, but when it's mixed up it's worst.

The style is reminiscent of Airships - Lost Flotilla
