From the creators of The Binding of Isaac and The End is Nigh, Mewgenics is promising to be one of the most interesting roguelites released in forever.
What exactly is it? In Mewgenics you build the ultimate cat army through tactical breeding and send them into deep, challenging turn-based adventures. Draft abilities, collect items, and manipulate genetics across generations. Considering who is behind the game there's a lot of excitement clawing for this.
We're finally getting close to it! It's arriving February 10th, 2026 and the latest developer update notes that gamepad support is now all nicely hooked up and so it will be "100% Deck compatible at launch" they said. Currently they're working on all the finishing touches to get it ready, including text translations for various languages and UI improvements.
