I am the owner of GamingOnLinux. After discovering Linux back in the days of Mandrake in 2003, I constantly checked on the progress of Linux until Ubuntu appeared on the scene and it helped me to really love it. You can reach me easily by emailing GamingOnLinux directly. You can follow me personally on Mastodon[External Link].
This week Samsai is away in some mystery cabin somewhere deep in the woods, or something like that. So, I will be doing the weekly livestream you unlucky people you!
I'm pretty sad about this, as the last trailer for Broforce specifically mentioned Linux as a platform. Checking their Steam forum, it seems they haven't even begun to build and test it yet.
I'm really excited to try Magicka 2, as I thought the first one was quite fun. The developer has been keeping everyone up to date on progress in their Steam forum. Sadly, for AMD GPU users it looks like it won't run as well as on Nvidia hardware.
After the recent SteamDB info for Minecraft: Story Mode, we have some more interesting info to share. It seems one of the developers at Telltale is a Linux user, and wants to see the new Minecraft: Story Mode on Linux.

Just a heads up, Feral Interactive are hosting a bunch of events from tomorrow and they play to carry them on for a while for both Company of Heroes 2 and Empire: Total War.
After CPU architect Jim Keller left AMD recently, Phil Rogers has now also left and joined up with Nvidia. Here's to hoping their Zen CPU line will bring them back into a nicer light.
Wasteland 2: Director's Cut is a big upgrade to the original Wasteland 2, it's free if you already owned it too. I've tested it a bit, and it's working great.
I didn't expect to read this any time soon! Humble Bundle has laid off 12 people (20% of their staff) due to being over ambitious with their previous hiring.
I still haven't properly tried out Don't Be Patchman, but it looks cool. The funny bit of Wednesday news for you is that it's still the only game on Steam to only support Linux, and the Windows release is now delayed.
Since I see a lot of confusion about where to buy Linux games from, I decided to write up some information for you on how to make sure you're counted for Linux.
