Stratus: Battle For The Sky looks like a pretty great RTS game, as a fan of the classic Netstorm Islands at War I am looking forward to this different form of strategy game coming to Linux.
The game finally has its finished version available on Steam since November 17th. If you count all the reviews from Steam users so far, it has collected 187 positive ones against 6 negatives only. There is also a demo available.
Unity 5.5 has been released as a pretty major update to this popular game engine. One interesting bit for us is that games built with 5.5 onward will only have access to the modern OpenGL system.

I can't help but love all the work itch are doing, especially since they have one of the nicest game clients available. They have just pushed out yet another major update.
I think this title has a lot of potential, because after a successful Kickstarter campaign the developers claim they were funded by Nordic Games without sacrificing the creative control of the project, so basically the quality of the game now simply relies on how talented they are and how well they spend the budget on the game.
