does it help if i play demo on linux or not? is developer getting stats on platform the demo was played? does anyone know?

recently completed Kult: heretic kingdoms. almost finished the game on 5/5 difficulty level on first playthrough, but the game bugged at nearly end, and i reran it on easy in few hours ;D

then i've bought steam controller and beaten the godot game called mission zigloton. its a simple and cute showcase platformer.

just finished metro last light redux first time.
magnificent game, especially compared to metro 2033 vanilla.
interesting to explore, awesome shooting also.

i was a big fan of sc2 and a bit of w3, i always had a sc2 pro-gamer stream on bg while working, and saw one of the popular sc2 commentators, Wardi, playing year of rain on stream. we discussed linux build with developers in chat, i just didn't expect them to give up this early. so sad about it.
