7 Days to Die Completely Broken For Mac & Linux
7 Jul 2015 at 8:31 am UTC
I'm a bit pissed off as I was FORCED to update on Steam and my Server. In middle of the game. Shouldn't it be my decision when I want to update? The first days/weeks of a new release is always a mess. At least with the "Funny Pimps".

Quoting: edoIt can be forgiven since its early-access, its in alpha afterall, what I would expect is to see efforts from them in looking for a way to fix it for the next update.Sorry, but I have to disagree. EA isn't an excuse for everything. It seems they didn't even a test run for Linux/Mac or why would they release such a mess? Professional would have been to delay it, till they can fix it. This way it only shows how much they care about their Mac/Linux & Users.

Quoting: marcelomendesI think linux users should stay away of Early Access, and specially if it is a Unity based game. Why should they? Because some "funny pimps" have no clue about game development? But I can't blame them this time for it, as the bug seems to be in the Unity engine :/

Just go to Betas-Tab in Properties and select the version you want.

Quoting: XpanderGarry has already given an update on the situation:Is Garry not aware THAT you actually can roll-back the game?!?!
We can’t just roll-back to a working version of the game because it would mean rolling back a number of other important fixes if we do. This might seem cruel, twisted,
Just go to Betas-Tab in Properties and select the version you want.

No I'm not exited. Craftable modern weapons in a survival game with Dinosaurs? Makes no sense for me.
LEGO Minifigures Online Is Officially Coming To Linux

But for this awesome looking "Lego Minecraft" aka LEGO Worlds, may be get a Linux Version too. http://store.steampowered.com/app/332310/ [External Link]
"Will LEGO Worlds be coming to Linux/SteamOS/MacOS?
At the moment, we’re focusing purely on the Windows platform. Once we’re happy with the level of stability/quality in our Windows format, we will explore additional platforms for release."

Quoting: BeamboomIt's a children's game, not to be mistaken for that totally awesome looking "Lego minecraft" kinda game.Well, the LEGO Minifigures is close to LEGO Universe to me. As I played it last year in Beta already. It seems to get far more content, but still that kind of LEGO Minecraft I would hoping for.
Check out a few reviews. Still cool to have Lego arriving on Linux of course, but... Yeah. I'd rather have a "regular" Lego game to be honest.

Quoting: BeamboomMe too! Have they the new engine for Anarchy Online yet, or is it still delayed? But on the other hand, they deleted my AO-Account without any further notice. AoC & SW would be great too.Quoting: fleskThis game uses their in-house MMO engine, right, so maybe there's a higher chance we might see their other MMOs on Linux now too?Very interesting point. Oh man I'd return to Anarchy Online in a heartbeat if a Linux client were made available.

Just kicked it of my wishlist! After looking into it. I don't like the idea, esp. the modern weapons.
Beasts of Prey is better in that way, AND it is available for Linux already :).

Quoting: WorMzyI own lots of consoles, but I use my PC more than any of them.I'm using a RasPi instead of the older consoles. Needs less space, and I can store the consoles properly or present them in a show case :).
Quoting: WorMzyThis month I bought a Savage Lands four-pack.. does that count as one game or four? :oWell, it depends. But don't make it that complicated xD. You have bought four games, so count it as four.
