MXGP3 - Motocross is coming to Linux from Virtual Programming, plus something strange happened

Well the article didn't link to Steam, only to the official site, which in turn doesn't link to Steam, only to some boxed copy buy options. My bad (or is it? :P).

So, they plan to sell it boxed only and in just a tiny selection of countries? 'cause I don't see any other purchase options as of today.

Quoting: razing32Is this made by the same people that made Kingdom of Loathing ?
Yes it is. The graphic style, the title - couldn't be a coincidence. It's even advertised on the website: https://www.kingdomofloathing.com/ [External Link]

It's a fun free browser game, for those who don't know. Try it. ;-)

Controls seemed cumbersome but will give it another fair shot before I write it off.
I played through the first chapter and I was kind of relieved when the game crashed leaving me without a save. ;-)

Wow, finally a kindred soul. I thought I was the only one (by the number of downvotes to my negative review ;-).

A big Yooka-Laylee patch helps some of the annoyances I had

Did they fix the first boss (Rampo)? No idea if it's Linux-specific or SteamOS-specific, but for me it was completely broken: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSbY8WPEcnw [External Link]

I can't check it myself because after SteamOS update my xbox360 controller doesn't work at all with Yooka-Laylee (and if I enable xbox controllers in the controller settings menu in SteamOS, it is recognised in Yooka-Laylee but the right stick doesn't work, so it's still pretty much unplayable).

Nikola Tesla was born in the Austrian Empire, in the part that now belongs to Croatia. He was of Serbian ethnicity though.

Quoting: BeamboomLet's be real: Nobody uses SteamOS
I'm using SteamOS, Steam Machines use SteamOS many people who built PCs specifically for the living room use SteamOS. Of course ~nobody uses SteamOS on their desktop PC, but just because you don't use it doesn't mean that "nobody" does.

Quoting: slaapliedjeI'm not saying you're wrong, but where does it say that Ubuntu is the only supported distro for Steam?
