I'm really looking forward to playing this game. I played the free demo on itch.io, and it was such a wonderful experience, even without fancy visuals.
That moment when nature is restored, wildlife appears, and it starts to rain - is one of the best moments in pc gaming for me. I felt like I'm healing, just like the world before me.
The full version promises more of everything I liked, and I can't wait.

Happy holidays, everyone!
I hope we all get to escape to our in-game worlds for a few days and leave this 'reality' behind. I feel like we need this now more than ever.
And another thing - stay safe!

I'm playing Opus Magnum, and it's excellent.
What I like the most is how you constantly feel motivated to do better. It's not about completing the game. It's not about being better at it than others (at least for me).
It's about doing a bit better with every iteration of your contraption - sometimes by making minor tweaks that lower the number of cycles, sometimes by ripping everything apart and trying a brave new design that turns out to be a disaster, but you still learn something from it.
Also, I love that there's no threat of dying, no timers, no pressure. The game doesn't force you to find a specific solution - any solution does the trick. It's up to you to decide if you're satisfied with your latest creation. You get a problem and building blocks and all the time in the world to do what you like.
It's one of those rare games where everything you do feels satisfying, and the amount of fun is directly proportional to the amount of time and effort you invested.
What a great sandbox! :)

I'd still suggest you keep the keys and try these games out when you get the chance, but if you're hell-bent on giving them away, feel free to PM me the key for Opus Magnum.

Quoting: toojaysActually, I've been sitting on keys for one each of Opus Magnum and MOLEK-SYNTEZ for a few months now. I doubt I'll get to them anytime soon. If anyone here would actually use one of them, reply here and I'll PM one to you.I keep hearing great things about Zachtronics games, and Opus Magnum, in particular, sounds like a lot of fun.

I have a GOOD feeling about this. :)
The visuals are sublime, and it looks like they nailed the noir atmosphere perfectly. I hope the story is just as good as the rest of the game.
I'm glad their priority is keeping the team 'healthy, sane, and happy', especially in these trying times. I think it's something to be applauded and that it will result in a better, lovingly crafted game.
I can't wait to get my PAWS on it as soon as it's released. :D

Quoting: Liam DaweI remember a bunch of the nurses looking after me wheeling in a TV with one hooked up to it and a copy of Sonic the Hedgehog - good times. Sonic sure did help me get through a tough time.I just have to say - I love this story. I had a similar experience when I was in a hospital, and some of my happiest memories are of my best friend and me playing games on Mega Drive.
Good times.

Wow, it really looks AMAZING! The visuals are gorgeous, and I love the blend of genres.
Also, system requirements as listed on Steam (for Windows, though) look promising for us with ancient PCs.

Glad to see that RPCS3 is still making excellent progress.
It would be nice if The Last of Us becomes playable, still waiting on that one.
