In the cas of CaesarIA, it's not a big deal as the game is free to play but expect it to disappear from Steam when this disclaimer will be seen by the rightholders of the original game (if they still exist and care).

It's a game that already has to be on GOG. Aspyr are (sub-)contractors and have no authority to publish by themselves.

Depending on who's games they are of course. After all, all Aspyr does is port them as a sub-contractor - if the games aren't already on sale on GOG.com then it's unlikely Aspyr would be able to sell them.

And as for the HD remaster of HoMM III - aside from it being way off-field, isn't it using UPlay?

Considering that they've never got round to releasing a beta build for Linux (and this strongly implies that, despite what they've said over the last few days, the last beta build won't have Linux binaries either), well pardon me for not having any confidence in that statement.

Not supporting another Obsidian Kickstarter again. Almost as shitty treatment for Linux players as by Larian and Divinity: Original Sin. Very disappointing.
