This is great to see as I dislike free to play models, but I do wonder how they will stay alive if people don't have to keep paying, these sorts of games are expensive to run.Guild Wars (1 and 2) aren't based on subscriptions and they worked (well, GW2 is still working) very well. They are based on pay per content, like buying space to create more heroes, buying gems... a close approach to f2p. And with GW1 (not sure about GW2), they created 4 full priced extra expansions that were complete games by their own.
May be they are thinking about something like that.

Happy Holidays!
I don't know how translate this wish for you all into English, so I'll do my best. I hope the meaning is understandable:
"That the best of 2015 would be the worst of 2016".

My system freezes after a couple of minutes. When I'm changing anything on the options menu, like driver name, or something like that my hole computer freezes and I have to hard reset it.
Is there any workaround?
EDIT: I'm using nvidia 650ti, drivers version 355.11, 16Gb ram AMD AM3 64bits 4 cores

Ubuntu 15.10 x64
Nvidia 650ti 358.??
16gb ram
1920x1080 at medium about 25 fps.
Just played the first mission and honestly, I didn't experienced any issues, just the gamepad feeling it's a little bit... "slow", even with controller sensitivity at max.

So... Why a linux binary of Uplay would be so rare?

Well, may be is not the best of the news, but at least is something. Being considered for a port is by it self a very good new, so it's OK for me, because somehow I tend to think that in future games portability will be something built from the ground up, and out of any kind of argument, not something to take into consideration just if it fills up.

Number 19 DCYB-LVYA-6500-6Q8H used. Thank you very much. I have been thinking about buying this game or not for a long time, and the offer is a very good excuse to stop thinking and just buy it.
