Planetary Annihilation devs reveal Industrial Annihilation

I read than this game will work on unreal engine. It seems that they have learn from their mistake of making their own 3D engine.
They tried a crowdfunding for Human Ressources but it was a big failure. It seems that they don't want to be funded directly by user again. Even for PA, it was not a great experience for John Mavor.
This game seems mostly funded by their own money. You can finance it but only with an investor profile with a ticket of entry of 500$ and also with a global total amount caped.
I have fingers crossed for this game that looks great indeed.

Quoting: MayeulCGosh I hope they drop coherent UI with this one. Otherwise, the trailer seems pretty decent, while it doesn't show much in terms of gameplay. It reminds me of mindustry a little, but more focused on units than ammo.Yeah Coherent UI was a good idea on the paper, but the result was not so great.
I'm not sure how well that kind of gameplay would fit with quick skirmishes?
Also, we never saw Human Resources past the trailer phase, I hope they can deliver :)

I have this error (or a similar one) on my debian testing for a quite long time now.
As all still works fine, I didn't realy care of it.

I've tried few weeks ago.
It worked fine and directly on my Debian.
Tutorial explained me how to build my first mine et my first space ship.
I've move into another planet quite easily.
Not really tested exploration yet.

Planetary Annihilation Releasing Next Month, New Epic Trailer

It's just the coherent UI engine that crashed regulary. Last game I've played with it, I had to restart 4/5 times for a game of one hour / one hour and half.
Sadly, in the actual PTE version, the problem is exactly the same.

The problem in the current version is: Load up, black screen. Load up again, get into a game and...no UI appears. Repeat. This does seem to be solved in their "PTE" build, but we will confirm this properly to you when we test it after being pushed to the final release.I've never had black screen or no UI in current version.

GOL On Advert Blocking, I Don't Hate You, But Please Don't Do It

It really deserves it.

Quoting: liamdaweIndeed I'm using ADB but I paid a little to GOL to keep see it running.Quoting: n30p1r4t3P.S. I think it would be good if you published your monthly financial reports so that we KNOW where all the money is going rather than assuming it's just buying you another 6-pack for example.I don't agree with that at all, people donate/pay for gol premium on the basis that it's to keep GOL going, it's my choice to use it on whatever I need to make that happen. It's income for me plain and simple.
It really deserves it.
