Well there goes The Division 3. After the Division:Heartlands fiasco I'm not surprised.

Steam Controller 2 is apparently a thing and being 'tooled for a mass production' plus a new VR controller

I still have both the OG Steam controller and the slightly revised one they updated it to. Both still work though I only have one remaining bluetooth doggle that comes with it. Whenever they release the Steam Controller 2, it's a day 1 purchase for me again.

Proton 9.0-1 released with expanded game support for Steam Deck / Linux

Quoting: djibI have been waiting for years for Dragon Ball FighterZ to be fully compatible. The game works with Proton-GE, but you cannot play online because of Easy Anti Cheat which really is a bummer. I tried contacting Capcom about it, but it seems like they don’t care.
Have you tried downloading the Proton Easy Anti-cheat through Tools on Steam? I use that for a few games with that feature which allows me to play them.

Proton 9.0 now in Beta with improved game compatibility for Steam Deck / Linux

The library search route sadly didn't work for me. It only showed up to Proton 8.0 and Experimental. However I figured out a workaround with any installed game through my Library. Simply select that game and go to Properties, then Compatibility, and hit the check box for "Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool". Then from the dropdown menu select Proton 9.0 Beta. Which will then install it on your system for use with any games you have installed. Thanks again for the heads up.

NonSteamLaunchers for Steam Deck expands automatic game shortcuts for more stores

Quoting: LoudTechieAccording to reddit [External Link] Lutris has better UI, but heroic better compatibility and Bottles is for people who use Linux, because they want: "pain and suffering".
A more recent reddit question [External Link] adds that NonSteamLauncher has good UI and compatibility, but misses important features like pre-tweaking and prefix handling.
I use Lutris and Bottles on my Linux Desktop. I have Heroic installed on my Steam Deck. I don't usually agree with Reddit, but they're technically right about the three. Though if you can use the terminal on Linux, Bottles isn't as challenging as people on Reddit claim.
