Hmm, I fail to see what you're seeing...
Except the sprites and the backgrounds not fitting too well together, I find the backgrounds I saw fine.

Quoting: KrejsyLainenHow is this a thing? Almost every gamedeveloper nowadays are using unreal engine + they have the epic store, how are they this impacted by just Fortnite losing players?
Fortnite is (was?) HUGE.

It seems it used to have more active players than all Steam games combined.

Quoting: DrakkerSuch a shame. This is the best racing game ever. Nothing else comes close. I have not played the sequel as its never been on Steam, but from watching videos, it doesn't look better than the first game. I suspect the first game on Steam might still sell better than the sequel on EGS.
Searches hint to rubber-banding opponents? That would be a no thanks for me than...

New Steam Beta can run the Linux client inside a container with 64bit
23 Mar 2026 at 11:07 am UTC

Quoting: praz01Why is this even being done? As someone else said in these comments Flatpak Steam already works brilliantly with marked improvements in performance over native. I'm reluctant to invest in another container implementation when I'm so heavily invested in Flatpak. Is this another Snaps? Why can't they tweak the existing flatpak implementation?
Why would anything run faster in Flatpak than outside?

I found the second part ok, but not great. I too often got the respective generic "I don't understand" answer, even for very reasonable stuff I tried.

Quoting: EWGSo, besides exposure, does this do anything to help Godot?
For Godot to improve, it must get professional users to identify all the ways in which things don't work right. Mega Crit also did a sizeable donation to the project. That definitely helps.
Both are things that help (and such a success should result in some donation!), but the exposure is quite important too, I think. The message "you can do mega sellers in Godot" is a big thing.

Quoting: kmturleyIt's sad to say this, but you will need a 100% human badge for the site.
The idea is so good that I was sure somebody has made them already.

What is ridiculous about humans writing texts?

It worked quite well the last millennia, and it still works.
What is ridiculous is be blindly refuse to use tools, moreover to actively campaign against tools or anyone that use them
1) It's not blind.
2) These "tools" are different from other tools. Very different.

I want a human to talk to me, not a machine.
