Quoting: km3kThanks! I must have missed when this was originally brought to Linux. I thought it was Windows only.

It's easily one of the scariest games I've ever played! Seriously, I can't get very far in it as it really is frightening.
I was able to get through - but I couldn't do the DLC anymore afterwards.

Do get it.

Quoting: EikeIt seems the latest big bombing was in favour of rascism, not in favor of decent behaviour.
Can you link some of these allegedly racist reviews?
I don't care to get deeper into the Mud Of The Day. I'm only debunking the myth review bombing would only be used in favor of decent behaviour ("political correctnes" ).

What about the story?
Yes. It's just... awesome. Lovely, handcrafted game.

Quoting: webcreatureIn my opinion this leads to political-correctness-washed games and silent developers

Awesome!

I think I have a key for chapter one and two.
If someone wants to have it, drop a PM.

Quoting: BeamboomI long for the day when the world no longer put way, way waaaaay too much value into "user reviews". Most regular users are unable to consider anything obectively, nor do they have proper ability to put things into context and weight the various elements of the game.
Most users are totally able to judge if they had fun, and what I want of a game is fun.
The only problem left is judging if their fun will be my fun, too.

When I want deeper information, I read game magazines.

Homestuck adventure game HIVESWAP: Act 1 releases without promised Linux support

Looks nice. I never heard of these adventures, are they good?

Back to Bed, an interesting and slightly weird puzzle game is currently free on Steam

While it looks nice, turning right (or was it left?) until you arrive where you want to go doesn't make a puzzle game. Keyboard/mouse control was awful, and the computer generated voice would have been better left out. No, just no.

The End Is Nigh could be on the way to Linux

Quoting: abelthorneThat's interesting and quite unexpected, as the developer of TEiN said that he wouldn't make a Linux port (he's not a big fan of the OS, to say it lightly). It's good news if he's open to a third-party port.
Quoting: bythecloudsWouldn't hurt to mention that this is a McMillen game (yes, the guys behind Super Meat Boy and The Binding of Isaac, the games that have a lot of following). So it's a really big deal for the fans of their games (who I count myself among). Don't really see the need for downplaying it TWICE in the article.
So, the makers of Super Meat Boy and The Binding of Isaac wanted to stop supporting Linux? :-/
