Good point! These bugs seems very similar. In Arma 2, ATOC can be disabled via game settings, but I usually play Arma with Gallium Nine, where it works without problems.

For Arma2, in this Wine version the texture issue on AMD cards was fixed. With CSMD enabled, there were also fixed issues with postprocessing effects and partly shadow issues.

The ATOC and map graphical issues remains.

Arma: Cold War Assault released for Linux & Mac, but it's separated from the Windows version

Quoting: tomasjI have bought it immediately. I love this game and it is working fine :)
Thank you for this port!
I only wish to add Czech translation as it is czech game :)

Great times!
I am not sure about czech version on Steam - even Windows version on Steam does not have it. But on store.bistudio.com is standalone Czech version (only Windows version right now, which I own), maybe they will add Czech Linux version on BI store, but I doubt about Steam Czech Linux version since Steam Windows version does not have it too (at least i can not find it at supported languages).

Ok, why not. But since this game runs in Wine [External Link] pretty well (Platinum rating), its not so necessary to port this one by VP, who just wrap the game.

Quoting: GuestIs it possible to play Arma 3 with AMD open source drivers and Ubuntu?

For me the game starts but crashes before I get to the main menu :(

PS: using the developer branch brings me to the main menu but starting a game crashes when I continue after the "briefing map"...
I only played Arma 3 during Arma freekend and it run flawlessly with AMD Mesa drivers (on Arch Linux)
