Intel and AMD join up to form the x86 ecosystem advisory group to shape the future

Quoting: Linux_RocksMan, you can tell that Intel is in trouble if this is happening. This is like Microsoft with Xbox and them trying to act all friendly towards other platforms. If Intel was beating AMD hand over fist again or if Xbox was doing good still. None of this would be happening and they'd be saying fuck off to everyone else. lol

Valve still waiting on a 'generational leap' for Steam Deck 2 - but it's coming

Quoting: SalvatosA good point someone mentioned in a previous article is also that Valve are still unable to keep up with the verification process and provide consistent, reliable results on many games. Adding a second hardware target to test against is going to basically double the work needed when it comes to performance and drivers (though not UI/UX aspects like font size and keyboard entry, I reckon).
They could always, you know, hire more people. But they won't, and they'd probably just end up using crooked contract bullshit anyways.

Tenebris Somnia looks awesome blending live-action cutscenes and retro horror

Most games with live action FMV on Steam that I've seen are those Chinese dating games with the hot Chinese women. My Chinese friend says they're all the same game. Many with poor acting. So it's good to see something different. Hopefully the acting isn't terrible for those who like horror. It's like the crappy live action FMV stuff of the '90s all over again. lol

Quoting: Linux_RocksI find it funny how Nintendo ends up getting blamed in the comments somehow. Could you imagine the PR nightmare it would cause if they were found out? Nintendo isn't stupid enough to do something like this. Even if some of their actions (especially as of late) have been questionable. I'm not saying that a big company isn't or couldn't be behind this. I'm just saying that I highly doubt Nintendo would be the ones to do so.

Then as far as it possibly being a false flag to cause Palestinians further issues. I could see that. Seeing as how petty western imperialist countries can be with their bullshit, actions, and propaganda.
How would they be found out? Whoever did it could have paid a hacker, who could have been in a differrnt country AND using proxy

I can totally imagine someone like Nintendo who dont always play by the rules to do this.
I think that it's just people here projecting their anti-fanboyism and rage about ROM sites or emulators more than anything else. It's basically what Purple Library Guy said for me.

I'm also not defending Nintendo at all. Though I do like Nintendo games and I'll continue to buy Nintendo games and hardware.

ZOOM Platform store announces new tool to run Windows games on Linux with Proton

I didn't care for Bernie Stolar, but Zoom Platform was the only way to buy older Duke Nukem games. Glad to see that they're doing cool stuff though. I'd also like to see Zoom Platform support on Heroic. Cause it'll just make accessing those games easier.
