Quoting: pazzoeoI'm sad that it's getting review bombed so hard, I genuinely think it's a good game, and this new update is awesome. I especially don't get why people are STILL mad about PvE, like it's literally there now, they added it
I am too. It's a genuinely great Steam release with nothing that makes it a hassle to run. Overwatch 2 is also a great game. Some of the Steam reviews are embarrassing, making sickening rape jokes and are just a general toxic cesspit. Valve really needs to strap on some Hazmat suits and clean up their community.

I really hope Valve works on performance when using Guides in the overlay. Right now on both desktop and Steam Deck, the overlay performs atrociously when scrolling through a Steam Guide.

Quoting: christofinCase in point: The racing game they just announced yesterday has a nice little EGS logo at the end of the trailer. Ubisoft doesn't give a single crap about their Steam customers.
"Grrr, EOS is bad?" Last I checked, EOS has been working for ages with Proton and Wine, so this just comes off as an odd complaint.
Not really? My point is that Ubisoft doesn't care about their Steam customers. If they did, they wouldn't be holding back their new releases specifically from Steam. I never said anything about EGS working or not working.

Why do they force their launchers? Because these recycled Steam releases are literally just advertisements for the Ubisoft launcher, where they REALLY want you to end up at in the long-run.

Seriously, the Steam releases we've been getting have forced DRM and forced Uplay, no Steam Achievements, no trading cards, just no effort in whatsoever. They're just there so you have to put Uplay on your computer.

Case in point: The racing game they just announced yesterday has a nice little EGS logo at the end of the trailer. Ubisoft doesn't give a single crap about their Steam customers. These rereleases of old games is just another ploy to nickel and dime Steam users.

OMG. I scrolled down to the patch notes not expecting anything huge, but they finally fixed the language in Spyro Reignited, which is something I've been waiting MONTHS FOR. Valve has been super responsive on their Github and took community feedback seriously. Praise Gaben.
