The official Twitter account for F1 2017 seems to have let slip info about a Linux version

I do like racing games. More games to Linux is always better.
But in order for me to buy another racing game, already got dirt, it have to be a bit more interesting then f1.
I rather see more open world games.
And it will probably never happen but need for speed or something like that would be an interesting new "genre" of racing games to Linux.
If one can dream, most wanted and underground.
F1 to me at least, seems to be a bit nitched to a small or a serten group of players, a serten group of racing gamers. Linux is small, I image the sales will be very low. But what do I know anyway.

Looks like GOG Galaxy won't come to Linux any time soon, as it's "not a priority"

Sadly it was no guarantee, I could refund it if I got a windows title basically.
And there is also an even greater risk for us linux users to buy a pinata.

Quoting: bgh251f2Asked them as well about this. And if I was guaranteed a linux port in the pinata.Quoting: WendigoI also complained about that to them on Twitter. The promotion for me is completely useless.Quoting: GuestBTW GOG.com is now selling these "Pinata" things, where you get a random game. I bought 4 Pinatas and guess what: all games are Windows-only. Such a fail. Somehow did not expect that.I wrote a message to their support asking for a platform dependent selection of pinata games. At first they told me to get a refund but after being persistent they promised me to forward my mail to their development team. Lets see...

Elite Dangerous, problem here is, it updates very often :/.
And No man sky would be cool aswell.
GoL is also capitalism at work.
The free market.

Is it possible to get a partition maybe? I do really love GoG's features, privacy options and DRM-Free games.
We are on GoL, a place where Linux gamers stop by for a chat and thrive.
I don't know if that would do any change, 11k + on the votes for galaxy port to Linux.. WTF? :/.
I feel a bit cheated and lied to really...
This vote system promotes the idea that we all on Gog can vote on what features we want the Devs to
focus on. It sounds great ^^. Its also says, in progress, thats great ^^.
So to me, all these at least 2 years its been saying in progress, its been a lye.
And I also hate the fact that, instead of explaining to us whats going on.
They just stay silent and expect us to forget it. Personally I think thats a bit disrespectful.
I think it was Gaben who once said, Internet never forgets... Witcher 3 :D.
So I guess fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.. I think applies here.
And on the second thought, do I really want to support this company anymore?
I feel that 11+k votes should be enough of a motivation to make a linux port, there is no partition needed here..
Ye this was a rant, guess I needed to lift the valve. Had some pressure there.

haha.. Wonder where we heard this before.. Soon there will be no plans. And then it was never planed for linux. Maybe we should grap a screen shot quick before they remove the Linux info about gog galaxy on the download page.
To me, gog is atleast better when it comes to runnible games, less junk games and DRM-Free stuff.
I also like the more "private" system GOG has. Steam has login offline yes, but I dont really like the way steam does it.
We have over 11k votes for a Linux client btw.
EDIT: Maybe I should reconsider going back to steam, atleast they try to push linux or care.

You can always check on arma 3s website about Linux.
And the Linux port hade probably been out and on 1.64 for 6 month already.
This beta, I only think it's a test bohemien are doing. See if they can and how well it runs on linux/mac.
I also believe I read somewhere to not buy the Linux port. Cause they aren't sure they will officially support it in the future.
Restricted update cycle - the beta ports have been updated to version 1.64, but we are not yet sure when they will be updated in the future.Last time I checked windows where on 1.68 and that was about 6 month ago.
