Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc now available on Linux & SteamOS
24 Feb 2016 at 9:33 pm UTC

I watched the anime, and some gameplay from psvita version, and like it's mentioned here, it's exactly the same.
For a game that is story centric, if you have watched the anime, you know exactly what you have to do next.
If you want a good game the reviews say that this one is a good one. But if you have seen the anime, like I did some time ago, I think it looses all it can give.

As yesterdey's news, http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=Galaxy-S7-Launch-Event [External Link], the galaxy S7 at Mobile World Congress showed a demo with unreal 4 with vulkan on android.
Could this game have vulkan support for linux next year?

It seems nothing new on the slides. (Apart of open source intel drivers?)

AMD has announced their 14nm FinFET Polaris GPU architecture

Another problem is the "comparable competition card" (nvidia) is only GF950, as shown on the video.
Will AMD be able to compete with 980TI? or the next nvidia cards for the next year?

The open source Itch games store app needs translators

Well, I was about to start Catalan translation, (steam didn't give us the right to translate for the "small" community), but it seems this project is almost done. It's sure more open.

Simply as this, if they make a linux version and it runs ok (on my computer) I'll buy it. Otherwise not.
I loved carmageddon back then, but I want games not smoke.

Some thoughts on the Asus 4K PB287Q 28 inch monitor, with added radiation alarm

As for me I like see things small. I always thought that's the reason for getting more resolution on desktop.
You always can use different resolutions for games or desktop.
I don't know how it works, but you should be able to choose if you want big menus or small ones if one wants. Why force the same size if you want hi-res?

Dreamfall Chapters review
7 Dec 2015 at 9:06 pm UTC

The original dreamfall runs perfecty on wine, if you want more background, but sadly "the longest journey" only runs on windows on software mode. It uses directx 7, if you want 3d; and wine has little support, and windows even less.
I think the original "the longest journey" was game of the year, or close, and it's considerated one of the best adventures of all times.

Dreamfall Chapters Book 4 Released Along With Engine Upgrade

Quoting: Segata Sanshiro
Quoting: dragevTested it om my A10-7850K. I had ~15-20 fps on unity 4, 7~10 fps on unity 5. Both with medium settings. So..not really playable now. AMD should work more with the unity team. The performance on most unity games are sub-par with AMD. Also, a lot of weird tears in many unity games.
Wow... That's just terrible.
Well it has probably low fps, but it's the most visual impressive game on linux I ever played. And probably one of the most impressive on any platform.
